Thy Whisky ist eine kleine, biodynamische Whisky Destillery in Familienbesitz. Sie verwenden ausschließlich Bio-Getreide von den eigenen Feldern des Gyrup Gaard in Thy. Die Mälzung, Destillation und Lagerung findet auf dem Hof statt und verleiht dem Whisky seinen ganz eigenen und vielfach ausgezeichneten Charakter.

Damit ist Thy Whisky eine der ganz wenigen echten „Single Estate“ Destillerien weltweit!

Andreas Poulsen und Jakob Stjernholm werden dieses Tasting am 14. Oktober von 20-22 Uhr live aus dem Lagerhaus auf dem Gyrup Gaard streamen.

Gerne bündeln wir eure Bestellungen für die Tasting Sets im KULT+GENUSS zu einer Sammelbestellung. Die Bestellfrist endet am 5. Oktober 2022.

DasTasting Set enthält:
• 7 Proben a 3cl
• 3 Proben von gemälzter Gerste
• 1 Thy Whisky Glas
• 1 Pipette

Bei diesem Tasting bekommst du eine Einführung in Thy Whisky mit Proben von 4 der letzten Abfüllungen und 3 Proben direkt aus dem Fasslager von Thy Whisky. Außerdem nehmen Andreas und Jakob uns mit auf einen virtuellen Rundgang durch die Destillery und sprechen über das Programm mit den Fass Teilungen.
